Staff Writer Saanvi Haridas, Opinions Copy Editor Rithvika Nagaraj, and Multimedia Manager Daniel Lee cover DVHS’s Blue Pearl in a night of jazz, fun, and community.
Saanvi joined the Wildcat Tribune to get out of her comfort zone and expand her writing skills. She stayed for the growing community of the class. Saanvi’s goal for journalism this year is to write a variety of different stories and to learn to take more meaningful and impactful photos. In her free time, she likes painting random objects while listening to music. One interesting fact about her is she absolutely hates clowns. If Saanvi could be any other person on the Tribune, she would want to be Ananya, because she's super funny and is her favorite junior in the class.
Rithvika stayed in Journalism because of the supportive environment at the Tribune. She took Journalism her freshman year and enjoyed being proactive with reporting on a variety of issues happening at school. Rithvika enjoys hiking, writing poetry, nature photography, reading psychology books, and going to the gym. If she could be any other person on the Tribune, it would be Neetra because she is one of the coolest people she got to meet this year.
Daniel returned to the Wildcat Tribune because of the community in the journalism classroom and the opportunity it gives to spread ideas and information. He took Journalism 1 and 2 in his freshman and sophomore year respectively. This year, Daniel hopes to create the best videos ever made in the Wildcat Tribune. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball or computer games like TFT, Valorant, and Overwatch. If he could be any other person in the Tribune, he would be Jack Ke because he is the coolest.
