An electric atmosphere took over campus on Sept. 25 as Dougherty Valley held its first Homecoming Dance since the return to in-person learning. Organized with a Pixar theme by the school’s leadership class, the gyms were completely transformed with lights and decorations for the highly anticipated event. Including nine food vendors, a photo booth, game truck, silent disco and more, the dance proved to be a much-needed respite from the monotony of academic life.
