New and upcoming businesses at City Center Bishop Ranch

The City Center Bishop Ranch is welcoming a variety of new tenants for the 2022 holiday season. A collection of restaurants, skincare and health stores, and a holiday rink have opened or been under construction for a more extravagant experience.
Ice America
For the holiday season, the Kristi Yamaguchi Holiday Rink for ice skating and great memories is open through Nov. 11th to January 8th, 2023. Ice Rink hours are from 12- 9:30 p.m on weekdays with hours from 10 a.m to 9:30 p.m on weekends. Skaters will get to enjoy a 90 minute session of skating around the rink and enjoying the views of the City Center Bishop Ranch. Tickets for general admission with skates included are $21, while for children (ages three to eight years) get a discounted price of $15. L’Occitane en Provence
The Bishop Ranch L’Occitane pop-up store brings luxury natural and organic skin care to the city center. While the French brand’s pop-up will certainly stay open through the end of December, it is not yet decided whether the location will be permanent or not. Diana Nipper, the manager of the L’Occitane Bishop Ranch and Walnut Creek locations, expresses her love for the brand’s products.
“We have 150 scientists in our company.” says Nipper, “We’re always moving forward looking for the next product that will bring beauty softness to the skin and that’s what we concentrate on, to have products that actually heal the skin and make your skin very soft and younger looking.”
Skin Laundry
Skin Laundry is a medical company who focuses solely on facials. With their sleek, “California beach bungalow” style interior, the office provides a relaxing environment prior to procedures. Skin Laundry can be found in the US, UK, Hong Kong, Dubai and more. The company is renowned for its laser facials, however all of their procedures are carried out by board certified dermatologists, physicians and medical professionals. They also sell skin care products for those who may be interested in non-procedural ways to take care of their skin.
Pietisserie
Pietisserie is a pie shop with five distinct pie categories: pastel, crumble, cocoa, open, and woven. Their handmade pies come in all sorts of unique flavors, putting a modern twist on classic pies. You can find Pietisserie upstairs around the corner from Sandbox VR. The holiday pop-up shop is open until Dec. 24, 2022.
Dumpling Time
Highly anticipated, Dumpling Time delivers a variety of Asian foods created with fresh Californian ingredients. Dumpling Time takes pride in the freshness and flavor of their items. Alongside their wide variety of dumplings, the restaurant also offers vegetable dishes and hand-cut noodles. The atmosphere is casual, paying homage to the vibrant feel of Asia’s night markets. You can find Dumpling Time between Heller Jewels and MIXT.
Optical Illusions
Optical Illusions is an optometrist office that provides luxurious, high-end eyecare services to their customers. From eye exams, myopia control, low vision rehabilitation and speciality contact lens fitting, their service goes above and beyond to give much insight into vision needs and overall eye care. They have stores in San Mateo, San Jose and Juneau, with a new location opening permanently in the San Ramon Bishop Center to meet San Ramon’s eye care needs.
Miette Patisserie and Confiserie
Miette Patisserie and Confiserie is opening this December for all San Ramon sweet tooths. Located near Boba Guys and across from Mendocino Farms, the pastry shop sells varieties of fresh baked goods such as cupcakes, macarons, cakes, cookies and more. They sell a blend of unique and classic confections. Miette can be found across the Bay Area, with locations in San Francisco and Oakland.
