Junior Angelica Armesto interacts with the sea anemones and starfish in the Aquarium’s tidepool exhibit. “My favorite part of the 2019 AP Biology field trip was being able to interact with live organisms! Throughout the year we learned about how organisms carried out their life processes and it was intriguing to see them in action. I was able to interact with butterflies in the Amazon observatory and starfish in the aquarium region. It was a very exciting and meaningful trip,” she said.
