Best Actor in a Supporting Role

Nominations:
“The Trial of the Chicago 7”: Sacha Baron Cohen
“Judas and the Black Messiah”: Daniel Kaluuya
“One Night in Miami”: Leslie Odom Jr.
“Sound of Metal”: Paul Raci
“Judas and the Black Messiah”: LaKeith Stanfield

Winner:
“Judas and the Black Messiah”: Daniel Kaluuya
I’ve been debating whether the winner is going to be Daniel Kaluuya or LaKeith Stanfield, because to be honest both of those actors showed us some of the most honest and truthful performances of the year, displaying the good, bad, ugly, and everything in between of their characters. However, there can only be one victor, so alas, I am betting on Daniel Kaluuya, his performance as Fred Hampton was a true display of his talents as an actor that will never be forgotten, he brought to life one of the most prolific and revolutionary Black activists in American history. And if there can only be one winner, my money’s on him.
